Co-hosted by CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial Government, organized by Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, the “Connecting Shandong with Fortune Global 500 & Deepening Shandong-EU Cooperation” will be held from 16:00 to 17:25 Beijing time (10:00-11:25 Frankfurt time) on June 18, 2021 (Friday) both on-site and via video links. The main venue is Jinan Shandong Hotel, with sub-venues in Shandong’s 16 municipalities. Guests may participate online wherever you are. 

The theme of the event is New Pattern, New Opportunity, New Development. Mr. Mihály Varga, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Hungary, Mr. Hubert Aiwanger, Deputy Prime Minister of Bavaria and the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and Mr. Joerg Wuttke, President of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China will deliver video addresses, while  Mr. Liu Jiayi, Secretary of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, and Mr. Li Ganjie, Governor of Shandong Province, will conduct online dialogues with heads of Fortune Global 500 in Europe. Guests at the venue also include Representatives of leading multinational companies, business associations, and key Shandong enterprises. Together we will identify new opportunities presented by Shandong’s further opening up, and explore new areas for deepening cooperation between Shandong and multinationals.
