Bogdan Bereanda has been serving as AP Managing Director of Electrification & Electronics / Fuel Injection System, Delphi Technologies since January 2020. He received degrees of Master of Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University (CGU) and Master of Marketing Management from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Commerciales (INSEEC).

At the end of 2017, the former Delphi Automotive PLC was officially divided into Aptiv and Delphi Technologies. As the former Powertrain Division, Delphi Technologies is engaged in providing more sophisticated propelling system for automobiles by virtue of internal combustion technology, software, control, and electrification, and has established four manufacturing bases (Beijing, Shanghai, Yantai and Suzhou) and three technical centers (Beijing, Shanghai and Yantai) in China.
