Chee Hong Tat

Senior Minister of State for Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Transport of Singapore

Mr. Chee Hong Tat was appointed Principal Private Secretary to the Minister Mentor Mr. Lee Kuan Yew. He worked at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Transport. Mr. Chee served as Minister of State for Communications & Information and Health and Senior Minister of State for Trade & Industry and Education. In July 2017, he became co-chairman of the Singapore-Shandong Business Council. He has served as Senior Minister of State (Cabinet member) for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Transport since July 2020.
