H. E. SEANG Thay currently serves as Secretary of State and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce of the Royal Government of Cambodia. Mr. SEANG is responsible for trade policies making and strategic planning for market access expansion, trade promotion, trade fair and exhibition. He served as, among his various positions at the Ministry of Commerce,  the General Department of International Trade, and the General Department of Trade Services. He was appointed Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce in 2018.
