Niu Teng, graduated from Fudan University majoring in business administration, economist. Currently, he is Chairman of Hixih Rubber Industry Group, member of the Executive Committee of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Vice Chairman of Shandong Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce. He was awarded the honorary titles of National Model Worker, Model Worker of Shandong Province, and Enterprise Management Award of Shandong Province, etc.
