“Connecting Shandong with Fortune Global 500” - Japan Session is to be held at 9:00-11:50 (Beijing Time) on November 10, 2020 (Tuesday). The event is jointly hosted by the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial People’s Government, organized by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, co-hosted by The Association for the Promotion of International Trade, Japan, Japan-China Economic Association, Japan External Trade Organization, Japan-China Investment Promotion Organization, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and Mizuho Bank, partnering Fortune China. As part of the “Connecting Shandong with Fortune Global 500” series events, the session under the theme of “Deepen Communication and Achieve Win-win Cooperation”，will look into new trends of international economy and investment in the new global context, share opportunities of further opening up in Shandong Province, and explore new areas for further cooperation between Shandong and Japanese multinationals. The event will be presented via video link with the main session in Jinan, Shandong and parallel sessions in Japan’s Tokyo and other 16 cities in Shandong. Online guests will attend the local session.

Representatives of the Fortune Global 500 enterprises, government agencies, chambers of commerce and industry associations, and research organizations from Japan and the Chinese ambassador to Japan will speak at the meeting via video link.
