Bak Seo-yin

Born in 1985, Bak Seo-yin, who graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Science and Technology Policy Institute, has been a global innovation strategy researcher of the STEPI.

STEPI, established in January 1987, is a non-profit research institution dedicated to the research of science and technology policy. It analyzes recent trends and data of public S&T policies and provides services for government departments in policy decision-making and enterprises in strategic technological innovation.
