II Introduction
to the project unit
National University Science Park of Shandong University, founded on June
29, 2014, is located in the district of Xinglong project of China Resources and
adjacent to Xinglongshan Campus of Shandong University. It occupies a total
area of 500 mu and is planned to be developed by three phases with total
investment amount of 1 billion CNY. About 138 mu of land will be used in the
first phase, and the building area is about 27,600 square meters, all of which
will be used for business incubation base; the ancillary residence, commerce,
parks and public buildings cover 1,600 mu, with the building area of 600,000
square meters. The construction of high-tech research and development center
and industrial center will be the priority of the second and third phases.
III Project
content and scale of the construction
The University Science Park occupies a total area of 500 mu and is
planned to be developed by three phases with total investment amount of 1
billion CNY. About 138 mu of land will be used in the first phase, and the
building area is about 27,600 square meters, all of which will be used for
business incubation base; the ancillary residence, commerce, parks and public
buildings cover 1,600 mu, with the building area of 600,000 square meters. The
construction of high-tech research and development center and industrial center
will be the priority of the second and third phases.
IV Construction
conditions of the project
Shandong University, China Resources and Government of Shizhong District
have communicated with each other for nearly half a year based on the principle
of "resource sharing and win-win cooperation", and have decided to
build the "National University Science Park of Shandong University"
jointly.
V Market and
economic benefit analysis and forecast
National University Science Park of Shandong University will be built
into a science and technology innovation base, a new high-tech enterprise
incubation base, a gathering and training base for innovational and
enterprising talents, a demonstration base for combination involving
production, teaching and research and a high-end platform for cooperation of
universities, enterprises and government. It will promote transformation
and upgrading of regional economy, realize leaping development and become the
important component of economic and technological development of Jinan and even
Shandong Province. The Science Park aims at incubating 100 medium and
small-sized science-and-technology enterprises within 5 years, introducing 200
high-tech enterprises, cultivating a batch of new high-tech enterprises
with considerable scale and strong international competitiveness and new
high-tech products with proprietary intellectual property rights,
training and introducing a batch of high-quality tech-entrepreneurs, promoting
listing of 3-5 high-tech enterprises and realizing more than 10 billion CNY of
total sales income of the enterprises in the park.
