II Introduction
to the project unit
Qingdao Conson Jiushi Properties Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 with
registered capital being 8.03 million USD. Main business scope of the company
includes development of first-level land; real estate development; house
selling and renting; operation management of stadiums, undertaking
of competition; and import and export trade of techniques and goods. At
present, the company mainly develops phase II of sports center.
III Project
content and scale of the construction
Phase II plans to use existing land of Qingdao Sports Center to build
Qingdao sports culture communication center, tennis training center, fitness
exercise square, auxiliary training ground of the stadium (air-raid
shelters) and comprehensive transportation reconstruction of the sports
center. The project aims at perfecting functional supporting facilities and
balancing project construction by moderate business development of the sports
culture communication center. The sports culture communication center and the
tennis training center occupy a land area of 140 mu, and the total building
area is about 300,000 square meters.
IV Construction
conditions of the project
The auxiliary training ground has been provided with construction
conditions; the sports culture communication center, the tennis training center
and the fitness exercise square are under the planning and design stage.

VI Market and
economic benefit analysis and forecast
The phase II of the sports center will balance the construction fund for
public centers by the business development of the sports culture communication
center. The project is expected to achieve sales income in amount of 618.44
million USD.
VII Ways of
cooperation
Capital and share increase, cooperative development, proportion
of equity cooperation shall not exceed 49%, and amount of equity
cooperation is about 0.12 billion USD.
