to the project unit
Founded in October 2013 with registered capital being 48.17 million UDS,
the company mainly undertakes the project of old village reconstruction and
real estate development in the core area of the blue silicon valley at present.
Business scope of the company comprises real estate development, house selling
and renting, property management, landscaping, agent-construction of
engineering, consultation service and so on.
III Project
content and scale of the construction
The blue silicon valley community reconstruction project comprises the
group project of Tianyuewan-Beiping community and the group project of
Tianyuewan-Zhenhai community, and each project is composed of a resettlement
area and a self-developing project. The total planned building area of the
project is about 3.045 million square meters, wherein area of the settlement
areas is about 0.845 million square meters, and area of the self-developing
areas is about 2.2 million square meters.
IV Construction
conditions of the project
At present, phase I of Tianyuewan-Beiping community settlement area has
completed capping of the main body, and the land index of phase I of the
self-developing area has been submitted for approval. Removal of occupied land
in the settlement area of the Tianyuewan-Zhenhai community project is promoted.
The project is expected to complete excavation of foundation pit in April 2015.

economic benefit analysis and forecast
Construction of the project can improve the value of peripheral land
parcel, perfect infrastructure and service function in the area, attract high
net-worth crowd, improve local employment rate and improve the residential
environment and investment environment, and thus has the dual functions of
enlarging investment and stimulating consumption. Gross sales income of the
project is expected to be 2.6 billion USD, and gross profit is expected to be
60 million USD.
