II Introduction to the project unit

The name of Shandong Tianqi Huaxun Automobile Service Co., Ltd. was approved by Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Shandong Province, and then the company was founded by joint contribution of Shandong Tianqi Properties Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Tianqi Venture Investment Co., Ltd. with registered capital being 80 million CNY in March 2011. The company is specially responsible for planning and construction of the Automobile Exposition Park.

III Project content and scale of the construction

Tianqi Automobile Exposition Park is expected to occupy an area of 470 mu, and its total investment amount is 1.2 billion CNY. A high-end automobile industrial center integrating automobiles, business, finance, culture, convention and exhibition, logistics and information service is to be built in Guoli Logistics Park. The main construction contents comprise famous automobile district, post-service of automobile town and comprehensive automobile exhibition hall. Phase I of the project has introduced 13 main automobile brands which are under construction now. Post-service district of phase I has introduced Jinan Shigou Provincial Automobile Accessories Service Provider. The chief automobile accessories street is expected to be built with gathering of high-end automobile accessories brands such as Bosch, Michelin, V-KOOL, Ray-Ban and 3M. The comprehensive automobile exhibition hall has introduced Shanghai Car King---the most influential brand certification and second-hand car supermarket nationwide, and will build the first wholesaling and retailing center of certified second-hand cars in Shandong Province.

IV Construction conditions of the project

Phase II of Tianqi Automobile Park is expected to start its construction in 2015, continuously expand the scale of new vehicle area and second-hand vehicle area, achieve construction of 30 automobile brand stores and at the same time start investment attraction and construction of supporting businesses such as dining and leisure services, automobile hotels, automobile sports and automobile culture.

$ 190 million

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 5 million Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 200 million Yuan will be achieved.
