II Introduction to the project unit

Kenli Economic Development Zone was built in 1992 and approved as the provincial-level development zone by the Government of Shandong Province in 1995. The area of planned control district is 51.13 square kilometers, and the built-up area is 18 square kilometers.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project of high-end service industry complex of Kenli economic development zone is located at Kenli Economic and Technological Development Zone with convenient traffic conditions. The site is relatively flat, and the landscaping conditions are good. The planned total land area is 406.36 mu, and the planned building area is 575,000 square meters. The land parcel is divided into four parts according to its functions, including: 1. the financial part, 2. the hotel part, 3. the pioneer park part, 4. the residential part.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The land has been leveled. The supporting infrastructure including water, electricity, gas, heat and communication is perfect in the development zone, “nine accesses and site leveling” have been completed, the road extends in all directions, and the road frame of “ten transverse roads and eleven longitudinal roads” has been formed.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

Industrial economy in the development zone is developed, and the number of employees in the zone is about 200,00. There are two communities including Tongxing Garden and Xinglong Garden in the zone, and thus the new-built service industry complex in the development zone will have broad market prospect.
