to the project unit
In 2011, Changchun Lake Provincial Tourist Resort of Qixia is approved
and established by the Government of Shandong Province. In the next few years,
Changchun Lake Tourism Resort, as the leading project of tertiary industry of
Qixia and important group of urban development, will definitely become the core
district of Qixia and have bright development prospect.

Regional area of the Urban Complex of Changchun Lake Area of Qixia is
about 3000 mu. Projects such as leisure and vacation, water sports, tourism real
estate, commercial real estate, residential and health-care will be built.

conditions of the project
Changchun Lake is located at the north part of new administrative
district of Qixia and is known as “Tianchi of Jiaodong”. Water area of the lake
is about 8 square kilometers. The lake has beautiful scenery around, perfect
infrastructure and gathered cultural landscape. It gathers scenic attractions
such as the Mous’ Manor, Taixu Palace, Rare Stone Museum, Aishan Hot Spring and
Apple Town Tourist Village, and has unique and rich tourist resources.

economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the project is completed and put into operation, Changchun Lake
Tourist Resort, Apple Park, Aishan Scenic Area, Aishan Hot Spring, the Mous’
Manor and Taixu Palace will be connected into a whole area so as to integrate
and improve the regional tourist resources and obtain considerable economic
profit. In 2015, the sales income is expected to be 3.5 billion CNY, the profit
and tax is 0.42 billion CNY.
