to the project unit
Xintai Economic Development Zone is the provincial economic development
zone and high-tech industrial development zone of Shandong province with good
scientific innovation ability. It is the national spark technology
concentration district and spark talent training base of Shandong province,
possesses 2 national technical centers, 4 provincial technical center, 3
academician work stations and 2 provincial innovative enterprises, and
introduces 7 specialists for “Thousand Talents Program”. Number of high-tech
enterprises above provincial level is 136, and production value of the
high-tech enterprises occupies 24.8% of total industrial output value.

content and scale of the construction
The new district of development zone will focus on manufacutring
industry, energing industry and modern service industry and refine the special
parks in the new district based on the three industries and according to
settlement requirement of the project.
IV Construction
conditions of the project
1.5 billion CNY has been invested, overall planning and each specialized
planning of the new district have been completed basically, construction of
infrastructure such as roads, water supply pipeline, sewage processing plant,
heat source plant and fuel gas station has been finishaed basically, “nine
accesses and site leveling” have been completed.

Once completed, the project will realize the annual output value of about
