II Introduction to the project unit
Taishan Sports Industrial Group, founded in 1978, has achieved the historical leap “from the end of a Kang to the world’ after nearly forty years’ effort. It is one of the biggest bases for developing and producing comprehensive sports equipment, artificial turf and scientific fitness sports terminal in the world and has become the internationally famous brand and the No. 1brand of China’s sports industry. It has more than ten subsidiary corporations such as Taishan Equipment, Taishan Turf, Taishan Online, Taishan Engineering, Taishan Haitong, Taishan Ruibao, Taishan Jinrun, Flexi and Feilu at present. At the same time, it has established subsidiaries in Beijing, Jinan and Shen and has established the North America development center and subsidiaries in America.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The total occupied area is 2000 mu. The first phase occupying an area of 700 mu has been completed basically. 8 projects including the national online fitness have been settled in. 100 enterprises for manufacturing high-grade sports goods such as competitive sport equipment, fitness equipment and outdoor recreational sport equipment have been introduced on the basis of brand, associated industries and technical advantages. The sales income of the park is expected to reach more than 30 billion CNY after the park is built.
IV Construction conditions of the project
Sport industry is the pillar industry of Leling which has more than 52 sports goods manufacturing and operation enterprises above the designed scale. The industrial sales income of 2012 was more than 6 billion CNY. Leling is one of the six “National Sports Industrial Bases”.
