Shandong Lefu Investment Development Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in
investment, development, operation and management of industrial real estate and
commercial service business, and focuses on building a first-class industrial
park in the province and even in the country. The company is cooperating with
Leling municipal people’s government of Shandong province to deveop and build
the large-scale industrial park---Yellow River Delta Lefu (International)
Chaoshang Industrial Park. Lefu Chaoshang Industrial Park has outstanding
advantages and adheres to high-starting-point planning and high-standard
construction, and will be built into a new industrial district integrating
financial platforms, logistics platforms, management platforms and service
platforms.

content and scale of the construction
The planned land area is 4007 mu, including the industrial processing
district and the comprehensive service supporting district. Industrial projects
such as high-tech industry, chemical industry, renewable resource industry, new
energy industry, mechanical industry, electronic industry and electric
appliance industry. The project is expected to have
the total investment of 5.0 billion Yuan, annual output value of over 8.0
billion Yuan, and the annual revenue of 1.0 billion Yuan.

conditions of the project
The park is jointly developed by Guangzhou Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce
and entrepreneurs of Shenzhen, designed by Urban Planning and Design Institute
of Shandong Province at a high starting point and equipped with high-standard
supporting facilities, and has become the well-loved place for transfer of
enterprises of Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
