II Introduction
to the project unit
Hairuo General Aviation is the first comprehensive class-A general
aviation enterprise of north Shandong and has obtained Business Certificate for
General Aviation Enterprises and Operation Certificate of Commercial
(Non-transportation) Aviation Operators respectively issued by Department of
CCAR-91 and Department of CCAR-61. Main businesses of the company comprise
private or commercial pilot license training; selling of small-sized planes;
general aviation service and basic aviation education for teenager.
III Project
content and scale of the construction
The project will built comprehensive office building, teaching building,
practical training building, pilot training building, apartment and ancillary
facilities for teaching staff, hangar, exhibition, sales and maintenance center
and parking platform for helicopters. The total building area is 13.22 square
meters. 53 facilities including flight simulators and training machines are
purchased. After the project is built, 500 persons can be accommodated, and the
annual flight time can reach to 20,000 hours.

conditions of the project
The pro-phase formalities have been handled, site leveling has been
completed, water, electricity and communication have been accessed to the site.
V Market and
economic benefit analysis and forecast
With the progressive opening of low-attitude flying, there will be giant
market space for aviation training, selling of small-sized planes and general
aviation service. Business income is 0.419 billion CNY after the project is
built, and the tax expense is 42 million CNY.
