II Introduction to the project unit

Shandong Binzhougang Chemical Industry Wharf Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2008 and currently operates one 1000 DWT berth exclusive for liquid chemicals in west port operating area of Taoerhe port area. The storage tank area is built on the basis of the chemical industry wharf, which occupies an area of more than 50 mu, has 10 storage tanks with storage capacity being 3000 m³, and has the total storage capacity of 30000 m³.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The used sea area is 43.63 hectares, the construction scale is 76620 square meters, three 30,000 DWT berths for liquid chemicals will be built, total length of the wharf is 850 meters, 5 bending shackles will be arranged, and the designed annual throughput is 5 million tons.

The project location is well equipped with transportation, water, electricity, telecommunications and so on.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

The project can provide employment opportunity for more than 1000 persons after it is built, the annual business income is expected to be 499.15 million CNY, the annual total sales profit is expected to be 184.18 million CNY, and the paid taxes are expected to be 71.05 million CNY after the project is in normal operation. It will play a positive role in developing economy of Beihai area, increasing financial income, promoting development of relevant industries in the local place and solving the employment problem.
