II  Introduction to the project unit

Dong’e Town, Pingyin County lies in the southwest of Pingyin County, at the junction of Jinan, Liaocheng and Taian, west to Beijing-Shanghai Railway, east to Beijing-Kowloon Railway, with Qinglan Expressway, both old and new 220 National Roads running through the whole territory. Dong’e Town, together with Maotai Town and Jingdezhen, is listed on the three ancient towns protected by the country of origin by the name of the township of Chinese Donkey-hide Gelatin. The town covers an area of 95 square kilometers, has total population of 38,166, and has jurisdiction over 5 offices and 55 administrative villages.

The main project contents are construction of the internal transportation, water supply and drainage, telecommunications, power supply, greening, environment, fire and flood control and other infrastructure of the Ancient City, as building entrance area, cultural tourism experience area, health and leisure area, Langxi River water area leisure district, health resort area, leisure services area and other tourism project areas, as well as building environmental governance projects
