Shandong Fangzheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2004 with a registered capital of 120 million Yuan and now has a real estate development qualification at the national level. It established Shandong Fangzheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Rushan Subsidiary on July 28, 2008 and Shandong Fangzheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Zhangdian Subsidiary March 2013.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The Project will take Qi culture as theme and "Ancient City" as carrier and living demonstrating and inheriting hesitate cultural as features. It will integrate cultural experiences, sightseeing, entertainment, shopping, leisure, business meetings and other functions into one; It will become a new form cultural industry cluster with integrated development of cultural exhibition and inheritance, cultural creativity and cultural tourism. Construction Content:  Palace of Qi King, Snow Palace, Performing Arts Dining Hall, Jixia Academy, Academic Exchange Center, Tianmu Street of Street District of the Ancient City (National Market of Qi). Culture and leisure area: BaiXi Street (Acrobatics Square), kickball Square, Crafts Street. Palace area is core project of the Qi Ancient City, key area showing Qi culture and important functional area that will be constructed as feature and theme of the project. Main buildings in the area include Qi Palace, Snow palace, Jixia Academy, Dianqian Square. The functional area gathered most important large single building of the entire Qi Ancient City.
