II  Introduction to the project unit

Zibo Kangqiang Property Co., Ltd. was established in April 2009 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Business scope of the company includes: Real estate development, house selling, real estate information consulting, comprehensive development and utilization of spa resources, indoor and outdoor decoration, landscaping construction, property management and so on.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Project Phase I covers an area of 190 Mu and a building area of about 74,000 square meters, which are mainly used for building five-star SPA hotel, luxury VIP club SPA residence, high-quality health SPA residence, cate commercial district, including the province's unique upscale SPA  health bath center and the spanish-style SPA health residence completed before the end of 2013. Project Phase II covers an area of 230 Mu, which are mainly used for building foreign-style house with garden, foreign-style house with elevator, high-rise, supermarket, kindergarten, office buildings, etc. with construction area of about 190,000 square meters and expected to be completed by the end of 2015. Total area of the Project is 420 mu, including  building area of 260,000 square meters, green rate of 36.08% and the volume ratio of 1.09.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

32,000 square meters of the main building have been completed. 19,000 square meters of enterprise club and health spa residence and 12,000 square meters of England style commercial street have also been completed.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is operational, it is expected that the annual revenues will be 115 million Yuan with 40 million Yuan of profits and taxes and providing employment for about 1,500 people. After the project is fully completed, it will become a major hot spot of spa tourism in Zibo City and even the entire province.
