II  Introduction to the project unit

Xuecheng is the hometown for the originator of vehicle building: Xi Zhong. Xi Zhong, the person in charge of vehicle industry in Xia dynasty and known as the Saint, the Originator and God of Vehicle by the world. Vehicle Building by Xi Zhong become an important symbol of Chinese civilization development. Relying on the brand resources superiority and combined with the planning of northern suburbs of Zaozhuang City, Xuecheng District Xigong Mountain Scenic Spot Cultural Tourism Service Complex Project according to the state standards for 5A scenic area.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

With the planning area of 4500 Mu, the Project is planned and designed by Australia BHI Architects and it is planned to construct three main areas including: the Xigong Mountain Cultural Scenic Area, the Panlonghe River Wetlands Water Park Area and the Eastern Health and Retirement Farm. Project is positioned as the birthplace of China's vehicle culture and the worship palace for vehicle originator Zhongxi, preferred destination for vehicle cultural experience and leisure travel along the Beijing-Shanghai expressway, as well as the new type of tourism, leisure and entertainment complex tourist area in Zaozhuang City.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

Municipal planning, project establishment, EIA and other procedures of the project have already been completed and 100 million Yuan has been invested to build the grave of Xi Zhong, ancestral worship corridor and vehicle originator square, as well as a new memorial hall for Xi Zhong and racing venues have been built; It has held two China International Vehicle Ancestors Cultural Event Months, eight National Space Vehicles and Motocross Championship and other activities.
