Formerly known as the Haiyang Canadian Cooperation Base Co., Ltd., Haiyang International Yacht Club was founded in 2003 with the total investment of USD $ 34 million and registered capital of USD $ 20 million. It mainly engaged in sailing yacht repairing and maintenance; Science and technology information exchange and consulting services; High-tech, new product development and business incubation; Development and construction, leasing and selling of offices, laboratories, factories and living service facilities and so on within the occupied land area of the Company.
III Project content and scale of the construction
Along with the economic growth of China, especially the 2008 Olympic Sailing Competition in Qingdao and the driving effect of "Sailing Capital" Qingdao to peripheral regions, coastal resort tourism and sailing has been vigorous expand in China. This project integrated sailing, windsurfing and coastal leisure in one and will be the leading project in Shandong coastal tourism economic zone and Asia's largest international sailing and windsurfing training base. The project is a thematic tourist resort integrated sailing, windsurfing and coastal leisure. Besides, it will also repay on the core area in Haiyang including T-Bay new sea city and combine the Haiyang central business district at north side to drive Haiyang to form the industrial chain of sailing yacht marketing, development and production.
IV Construction conditions of the project
The project has completed land site selection, as well as finished the construction of five club hotels and one office building.
V Total investment of the project
Total investment of of the project is USD $ 100 million, including fixed assets investment of USD $ 80 million and working capital of USD $ 20 million.
VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 1 billion Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 150 million Yuan will be achieved.
