II  Introduction to the project unit

Longkou Wangwushan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was established in August 2003 with a registered capital of 1.5 million Yuan, the total assets of 40 million Yuan and the business scope of planting, breeding and eco-tourism. It established Longkou Liuhe Cultivation Co., Ltd. together with Shandong New Hope Liuhe Group by means of joint venture in 2009 and established Longkou Wangwushan Properties Co., Ltd. in 2010. Currently it has 80 employees with sales revenue of 20 million Yuan and profit and tax of 2.2 million Yuan.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

With the total area of 5200 Mu, the project is overlooking the Wangwu reservoir and Zhilai mountain to the east and west accordingly, which provided it with beautiful landscape. Currently, special breeding and modernized pig farm are under construction with supporting large-scale biogas to provide circulation roads, electric lighting, water supply and irrigation. The project will also be provided with ensured agricultural organic fertilizer. Features planting and picking includes tea, walnut, medlar, fruits and so on. With the farm restaurant, wooden villa and family farm as carrier, it will provide outdoor leisure activities including mountaineering, CS development, fishing, etc. It will also develop cultural  platform and retirement industry depending on the construction of activity base for musicians, entrepreneurs, painting and  photography enthusiasts.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

With nearly up to 100 or more kinds of thick plants and the anion content as high as more than 3000, the Resort is a huge natural Oxygen Bar. Liuhe Cultivation is the most advanced pig farm in China currently with the 55 million Yuan investment from New Hope Group. Wangwushan Restaurant is the Hospitality Shandong Four-star Happy Farming Life Restaurant named by Shandong Provincial Tourist Administration. Happy Ranch and Longkou Dream Breeding Farm are well-known local specialized cultivations.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 220 million Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 100 million Yuan will be achieved.
