II  Introduction to the project unit

The functional localization of Taibaihu New District of Jining is Jining municipal administrative and business center, educational and cultural base, leisure resort, eco-livable city, and it will be the main center of the city of Jining in the future. The new city construction adopts the mode of special economic zone, adheres to the working system of one case one meeting, and creates all favorable conditions to support and assist investment and enterprise.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Total area of the project is about 200 acres and the building area is 60,000 square meters. The project will mainly construct apartments, conference center, restaurant, bar, cafe, gym, bath center, supermarkets and other recreational facilities to provide accommodation, communication, business activities, food and drink, entertainment, sports and wellness and other services for high-end consumer groups including domestic and foreign tourists, experts, academics, senior white-collar workers and so on.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

The project is located south of Jining City: the Taibai Lake scenic area with beautiful landscape. With 8.9 square kilometers of water surface area, the Taibai Lake has beautiful natural environment and well maintained ecology. The Mid-Lake Island is located in central water surface of Taibai Lake and with vast water surface and pleasant sight in periphery areas, it is the hotspot of tourist resort for Shandong province and neighboring provinces.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

Taibai Lake Bird is rich in resources including oriental white stork, whooper swans and other rare birds and about 200 species of birds have been recorded. It is the best ecological environment and the best birds seeing land in Jining. The unique geographical advantages of the Club will attract a lot of consumer groups. It will form the landscape place showing natural, cultural, recreational leisure with the consumption patterns with ecological protection, sightseeing tours, leisure as main functions and become space for people to release pressure.
