II  Introduction to the project unit

The SPA area of Tianmu Spa Resort includes an Outdoor Forest Health SPA and an Indoor SPA Center with 66 outdoor characteristic functional hot spring bathing pools which can accommodate 1,500 people at the same time and up to ten thousand people per day. It has 219 characteristic holiday rooms, including 24 single-bad standard room with Lakeview, 105 double-bed standard rooms with Lakeview, 86 double-bed standard rooms with landscaped double standard 86 and 4 luxury suites. There is also a high-end KTV, gym, lakeside golf swing driving range, tennis courts and other recreational facilities.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Based on reservoir landscape and ecological environment and with the Tianmu Hot Springs as core, the second-stage development of Tianmu Spa Resort will develop mountain sports, health resort, ecological agriculture, forest oxygen bar, business meetings and other holiday items and develop it into complex suburban hot spring resort with the theme of leisure tourism.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

The first-stage construction of Tianmu Spa Resort developed by Zhuhai Tianmu Group with 600 million Yuan has been completed. 400 million Yuan was invested to construct the spa bath, dining floor, conference room, VIP buildings and other facilities in this stage. With the covering area of 35,000 square meters, the first-stage was opened for business since September 2008 with stable source of tourists.
