II Introduction to the project unit
Shidao Administrative District is located in the southeastern tip of the Shandong Peninsula. Surrounded by the sea and facing Japan and South Korea cross the sea, it is the nearest place to South Korea in mainland China. With the total area of 260 square kilometers, the district has 6 streets and a total population of 200 thousand people. The district has the Shidao Bay Provincial Tourism Resort, the national first-class open port - Shidao port and the largest fishing port in north China - Shidao Fishing Port. It has formed the integrated industrial system leaded by 23 categories including shipbuilding, food processing, machinery manufacturing, plastics, chemicals, electronics, building materials, construction, etc. and each leading industry has great development potential and prospects for cooperation.
III Project content and scale of the construction
It is planned to develop a high-end resort area to form aggregation of extensive recreation industries. According the resources and conditions of Moye Island, it can be developed in to an extensive tourism industries gathering area for five major industries, i.e. recreational fishing industry, coastal leisure industry, sports industry, beauty industry and health pension industry.
IV Construction conditions of the project
The island has 5 town-own enterprises, one fishing company, 5 village-own enterprises, 8 refrigeration plants with the total tonnage of 2400 tons. Now it is proceed to reestablish marine ecosystem and palanning to construct a cross-ocean bridge, so as to make Moye Island become an independent.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
Given that the Japan and South Korea FTA has been established and the creating Peninsula Blue Economic Zone proposed by Shandong province government has been positionedas a national strategy, with convenient traffic advantages and unmatched market advantages of Shidao, the palce where the project located in, the development of high-end leisure industry in Moye Island will surely achieve win-win situation and mutual benefits.
