Binzhou Shanhe Lake Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was formally established on August 18, 2010 with registered capital of 15.1 million Yuan and  216 employees. The company actively introduce strategic investors to perform associated capital operation, expand the scale of capital and assets and constantly enhance the company's investment and financing capacity after its founding Its main business scope includes: Investing in tourist areas (spots) development, tourism, transportation, travel services, tourism product development and management by means of equity participation, holding, etc. carrying out inter-provincial and international eco-cultural tourism economic cooperation.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The total planned covering area of Shanhe Lake Ecological and Cultural Tourism Resort Project is 27.12 square kilometers. It is planned to construct nine islands, i.e. Yongzhou Island, Green Island Island, Jizhou Island, Okrug Island, Yanzhou Island, Yangzhou Island, Yuzhou Island, Xuzhou Island and Jingzhou Island. To conduct cultural and creative development, children's recreational, botanical gardens and zoos development, Spa water cure, spa club, spa high-rise hotels development and construction, as well as ecological wetland tourism, yacht clubs, senior recreation clubhouse, racecourse, hot air balloon club,  kart track, field development base, camp parks, sports training base, Bicycle Race, senior health care related development and affiliated residential development.

The project is only 25 km away from Binzhou city and connected with Yongxin Road (Shandong Provincial Highway No. 316) to the north, State Road No. 220 to the south and the West Outer Ring of Binzhou to the east, so the traffic is very convenient. Water, electricity, telecommunications and other supporting facilities are all in position.

V  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 850 million Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 720 million Yuan will be achieved.
