II Introduction to the project unit
With the covering area of 25.9 square kilometers, Yellow River Island Leisure Tourism Area is located in Yellow River Island of Wudi, Shandong. The area is within the overlay area of the Two Districts and One Zone of Shandong, with agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries, cultural tourism, ecological wetland and so on as leading Industry and is provided with complete basic conditions including water, electricity, roads, telecommunications, etc.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The total planning area of the area is 25.9 square kilometers and it will mainly be used to construct One Lake (Longhu Lake), Five Parks (Cultural and Creative Industry Park, Fisheries Technology Demonstration Park, Efficient Agriculture and Forestry Industrial Park, Eco-Salt Industry Tourism Park and Wetland Park), One Area (Management Service Area) and One Center (Visitor Center) .
IV Construction conditions of the project
Park area planning had obtained approval of the People's Government of Wudi County, Shandong Province on December 22, 2012 and pre-development and construction have already been conducted .
V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the park is completed, it will be able to receive more than 600 thousand tourists per year with the revenue of 650 million. At the same time, overall level of the park will be greatly enhanced by integrating the advantages of resources of Yellow River Island, and then in turn it will drive the rapid development of related industries, become the new economic growth pole of the Two Districts and One Zone of Shandong, as well as play a significant role in promoting local economy and cultural tourism development.
