The project attracts and integrates logistics resources by virtue of advanced information platform to provide all-around logistics services for surrounding cities, including manufacturing, on-carriage, gathering and distribution, warehousing, transport information, etc. through gathering, spreading, radiation of various logistics center and relative enterprises,

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers an area of 150 mu and the total building area is 100,000 square meters. It will be build as a modernized and informationalized modern logistics park integrating storage and delivery, distribution processing, information service, trading exhibition, handling operation, container yard, container transportation, etc., with the annual cargo turnover reaching 1.8 million tons.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

Heze Airport is located in Dingtao County and Wanfu River channel passes through Dingtao, with two wharves. The exit location of Heze High-speed Railway from Jinan to HeZheng to be built in Dingtao has been listed in the planning. Lingang Logistics Park will be built into a logistics park with comprehensive development, location in Dingtao and radiation of surrounding area by virtue of good location and transportation advantages.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After completion of the project, it is expected to achieve the annual trading volume of 7 billion Yuan and profits and taxes of 850 million Yuan, which can provide employment for 3,000 persons.
