II  Introduction to the project unit

Heze Economic Development Zone earnestly implements the “five bases and one industry” development strategy of municipal party committee and municipal government. Taking building of scientific development highland in border area of four provinces and creation of national level development zone as momentum, taking construction of export-oriented industrial zone and modern new urban area as objectives, it will speed up process of the industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and vigorously introduce “three-new one-refined one-high” project. The strategic emerging industry, high-end mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry, commerce and trade circulation industry, petrochemical, coalification and other leading industry have formed cluster development pattern. The urban supporting functions and carrying capacity have been gradually improved and enhanced, realizing efficient and leaping development of economy and society.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The planning area of the Bonded Logistics Center is 700 mu, which is located in Heze Economic Development Zone. The total planned investment is 840 million Yuan and the total planning building area is 218,000 square meters. It will build the warehouse of 180,000 square kilometers, the transit depot of 12,000 square kilometers, joint inspection service building, office and other auxiliary facilities of 26,000 square meters, intelligent checkpoint, eclosing net, patrol channel, monitoring alarm system, inspection site and other customs supervision facilities. The designed annual bonded supervision container cargo will be 300,000 TEU and the sundry goods of accessories will be 6,000,000 tons. This bonded center has all-around bonded logistics functions, such as bonded warehousing, international transit, international distribution, internal procurement, international enter pot trade, ports function, export rebates, logistics information, etc.

The project is expected to start construction in 2015 and put into operation in 2016.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After put into operation, the project will achieve the annual sales revenue of 4 billion Yuan and taxes of 600 million Yuan.
