II  Introduction to the project unit

Founded in 2012, Shandong Baoxin Trading Co., Ltd. has the registered capital of 3.3 million dollars. The business scope of the company includes steel, cotton yarn, knitted garments, metal sections, storage, logistics service and real estate development, etc. The company will take logistics service as main business and introduce Qingdao Port Group as the strategic partner to connect “dry port” closely with logistics park and to finally become a comprehensive bonded logistics park.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Shandong Baoxin Logistics Park has the total investment scale of about 500 million dollars and the land scale of 1,442,000 square meters, which will be built in two phases. Phase I will cover an area of 122,000 square meters and set up “seven areas”, respectively including ore logistics area, steel logistics area, container logistics area, comprehensive service area, office area, parking area and supporting service area. Phase II will cover an area of 1,320,000 square meters and set up “seven areas”, respectively including bonded logistic area, bulk logistics area, coal logistics area, express delivery, distribution logistic area, cold chain logistics area, office area and supporting service area. Relying on Handan-Jinan Railway, Phase II will build 9 railway cargo lines, with the line length of 15.2 km, which can achieve the overall handling operation for seven 5000t trains simultaneously.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

All formalities for the project are complete and Phase I project has already started. With reliable technology sources in this project, based on successful experiences of large domestic logistics enterprises, it will employ China Railway Engineering Consulting Institute as the planning and design unit to reach the highest level among logistics enterprises in northwest Shandong Province.

After completion of this project, it will become the world-class and leading enterprise for the third party modern logistics. After full operation, it can achieve the annual profits and taxes of 170 million dollars.
