II  Introduction to the project unit

Lingang Industrial Park of 30.66 square kilometers planned and constructed by Junan County is a comprehensive park which takes metallurgy of nonferrous metals, fine chemical engineering and modern logistics as pillar industry. With offshore and port-surrounding location advantage, it is an emerging industrial base, which has developed metallurgy of nonferrous metals, fine chemical engineering and modern logistics three characteristic industries, with extremely large annual transshipment cargo volume.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

1. The planning area is 269 mu and the building area is 101,963 square meters. It will build 1 large open-air warehouse, 4 indoor warehouses, 1 office building and comprehensive guard post (concurrently with customs declaration function). 2. Project of infrastructure supporting construction.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

The park puts emphasis on strengthening the infrastructure construction. Currently, it has built 1 water plant with daily water supply capacity of 20,000 tons, two 35,000V transformer substations and one 110,000V transformer substation. The “three-longitudinal two-horizontal” road network has been basically formed.
