II  Introduction to the project unit

Founded in July 2008, Weihai International Logistics Park Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weihai Port Group Co., Ltd., with the registered capital of RMB 100 million Yuan, and total assets at present is RMB 600 million Yuan. The business scope includes storage, freight, bonded business, trading, international freight forwarding agent for marine, land and aviation, international shipping container station and container yard business, logistics information public services, goods and technology import and export business, etc. In 2012, it achieved the main business income of 82.41 million Yuan and completed cargo throughput of 1.07 million tons.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

1. Main construction content: Weihai International Logistics Park invested and built by the company is a comprehensive service logistics park with perfect facilities, scientific operation, obvious location advantage and advanced management mode. It has been listed in China’s national highway transport hub overall planning, which is the key logistics park and the “blue area” key construction project of Shandong Province.

2. Construction scale of this Project: The park covers an area of 950,000 square meters and the total building area is 650,000 square meters. It has three functional areas, namely storage area, distribution area and dispatching service area. Currently Phase I project for storage area and distribution area has been completed and put into operation.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

By the end of 2013, it had completed the accumulated construction investment of 600 million Yuan. At present, it has completed the total building area of 430,000 square meters and completed the construction of 9 warehouses for storage area, 12 distribution buildings for distribution area, 3 packing workshops, maintenance shop, office building, dispatching building and bonded facilities of 50000 square meters.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

1. Calculating according to annual transit capacity of 3 million tons of cargo capacity and price rate of logistics industry market, the general income for the project’s handling, warehousing, sorting and processing, container loading, distribution and other operation is estimated as 283.44 million Yuan in the year reaching design capacity.

2. Calculating taxes according to general operating income of the project in the year reaching design capacity, the business taxes and surcharge of project in the year reaching design capacity will be 15.59 million Yuan. The corporate income tax in normal years is 46.56 million Yuan.
