Bulk Raw Materials National Distribution Center Project of Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, Weifang
II Introduction to the project unit
Established in January 2011 with approval of the State Council, Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, Weifang is the 14th national comprehensive free trade zone. The total planning area is 20 square kilometers, with the inner network free trade zone of 5.17 square kilometers and the outer network free trade zone of 14.83 square kilometers. It has 23 villages in its jurisdiction. Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, Weifang implements “special management for special zone” policy and enjoys municipal economic administration authority. With complete supporting services of customs, inspection of national relevant departments, industry and commerce, national tax, bank, freight forwarding, hotels, etc., it can provide enterprises with “one-stop” service.
III Project content and scale of the construction
Take advantage of Weifang’s transportation junction, resources and give play to function and policy of bonded logistics in comprehensive free trade zone, to attract importers that provide Weifang and surrounding areas with cotton, pulp, polyethylene and other bulk raw materials. Build or hire corresponding bonded logistics warehousing facilities in the area, meanwhile carry out the centralized allocation and distribution business.
IV Construction conditions of the project
After completion of this project, it will meet requirements of the import and export enterprises in Weifang and surrounding area on bulk raw materials, and will be built into a large circum-Bohai-Sea international distribution center which takes Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, Weifang as center and radiates surrounding area, even the whole western region.

$ 200 million
VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 10 billion Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 1.5 billionYuan will be achieved.
