II  Introduction to the project unit

Shandong Laizhou Lingang Industrial Park is located in Sanshandao Subdistrict Office in the north of Laizhou City, with a distance of 25 kilometers to downtown. The industrial park is adjacent to both mountain and sea. It covers an area of 158km², the coastline is 34km long and now the resident population is 73,000. Lingang Industrial Area borders on Weihai-Wuhai Expressway in the south and connects Provincial Road 264, 306 in the east, with direct connection of Qingdao, Weifang, Jinan, Yantai, Weihai and other large and medium-sized cities. It has a distance of 110 kilometers to Qingdao International Airport, 90 kilometers to Weifang Airport, 120 kilometers to Yantai International Airport and 300 kilometers to Jinan International Airport. With Dajiawa-Laizhou-Longkou Railway passing through and Shugang Railway under preparation, the comprehensive three-dimensional traffic network integrating highway, railway, aviation, waterway has preliminarily formed. Lingang Industrial Area is divided into Lingang industrial zone, logistics trade zone, living-dwelling zone and tourism development zone. For logistics enterprises stationed in the park, the government departments will provide supports in aspect of land, construction, management, etc. To build Lingang Logistics Park with high standard and high level not only complies with the industrial development planning and fully complies with the demand of the market, but also has good prospects for development and small investment risk, therefore, the construction of this project is feasible and necessary.

III  Project construction content and construction conditions

It is planned to cover an area of 186.7 hectares, to build a logistics base for scattered goods, such as grain, crude salt, coal, bauxite, iron powder, etc., to build a liquid delivery pipeline from Laizhou to Zibo, to build 2,000,000 cubics of liquid chemical storage facility, finally to build the largest building materials logistics center of “Yellow River Delta”. Laizhou Lingang industrial zone is one of four emphatically planned four ports and four zones in Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone. Currently, Phase I of port expansion project focusing on Lingang logistics base supporting facilities has been completed, while Phase II project have been started to implement. Among them, 50,000 tons of navigation project and transmission pipeline project have been delivered to Shandong Development and Reform Commission for approval.

It is expected to increase the business income of 12 billion Yuan and realize profits of 300 million Yuan annually.
