II Brief introduction to the project undertaker
This project is led by Shandong Lewoo Information Technology Co., Ltd., which was founded in 2012, with 10 million RMB of registered capitals. It is a comprehensive and life-oriented e-commerce company that engages in the following businesses: research, development and construction of network platform, applying of information technology, business operation and management, providing life services online, and research of quality life. The company has research and development base and test platform center in Jinan and Qingdao separately. Its key research personnel all have over 5 years of experience in software development industry.
III Project content and construction scale
1.Logistics Center construction project: it covers an area of 133,340 square meters (200 mu), with 197,000 square meters of total construction area. It mainly includes eight functional areas, such as sorting and package center, storage escrow center, cold storage and preservation center, etc.
2. Physical stores project: it shall establish 200 community franchisees and showroom at 10 districts and towns of Zibo.
3. Research and development of software platform project: the Park shall establish seven software development platforms, including supply chain management of agriculture products, public logistics distribution center, e-commerce information exchange platform, logistics finance platform, logistics information integration platforms, and other platforms.
IV Construction conditions of the project
Now the project has already passed the government approvals. Its environmental impact assessment and planning are able to meet the requirement.
