II Introduction to the project unit
Zichuan District is located in the middle part of Shandong Province, with a good geographical location and convenient transportation. With advanced commercial industry, Zichuan has several large professional wholesale markets, such as Zichuan Clothing City, China Ceramics Industry Headquarters, Zichuan Building Materials City, Chinese Wealth Ceramics City, Chinese Porcelain Culture Square, etc., which is praised as “shopping mall in central Shandong area”. Currently Zichuan has formed four pillar industries, namely machinery manufacturing, textile and garment, medicine and chemical engineering, building materials and metallurgy. The economic development is gradually inclined to export-orientation, complementarity, internationalization. With strong economic development momentum, abundant industrial base and prosperous trade development, Zichuan is in urgent need to be built a comprehensive modern logistics park.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The project is planned to cover an area of 1,000 mu, including 66,000 square meters of logistics warehousing area. The rest includes parking lot, gas station, vehicle maintenance, office location, green area, etc.
IV Construction conditions of the project
The project has been done with early planning and design. The proposed location is in Zhaili Town, Zichuan District, with the covered area of totally about 1,000 mu. It has smooth land and good location.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After completion of the project, it is expected to increase operating revenue of 2 billion Yuan annually, profits and taxes of 200 million Yuan, and to provide employment post for more than 1,200 persons.
