II Introduction to the project unit
Shanghe Economic Development Zone of Shandong was founded in February 2001, and approved as a province-level development zone by Shandong Provincial People's Government in March 2006, and has repeatedly been rated as the Best Investment Zone in Shandong Province. The planned area of the first phase is 24 square kilometers, divided into Chengqu Industrial Park and Shangnan Industrial Park. The infrastructure construction of the development zone has been invested nearly 300 million Yuan. In the zone, the traffic mileage reaches 16 kilometers, forming a road net framework of one ring, four horizontal and six vertical, and achieving eight-accessible and one-leveling in the zone, which constitutes an important part of one senior and three-district north-central industrial area of Jinan City, and an important industrial base in northern Jinan.
III Project content and scale of the construction
It mainly aims to build a large storage logistics park integrating storage center, information trading center, logistics distribution center, comprehensive supporting service center. The project covers a total area of 387 mu, and the total planned building area is about 200,000 square meters.
IV Construction conditions of the project
It has a distance of 50 kilometers to Jinan, the provincial capital, and 35 kilometers to Jinan International Airport, which is adjacent to Provincial Road 248 line in the east and has a distance of 5.5 kilometers to (G2) exit of Jiyang-Leling Expressway in the west. Now it has two substations respectively of 35KV and 110KV, and has one water plant with daily water supply capacity of 10,000 tons. The sewage treatment plant in the park has the daily treatment capacity of 20,000 tons.
V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
Shandong Shanghe Economic Development Zone is a province-level development zone, “the best investment park in Shandong Province”, an important industrial base in the north of Jinan and an important part of Jinan “one high-tech three-district” north-central industrial zone. To 2013, the southern district of Shandong Shanghe Economic Development Zone and Yuhuangmiao Private Economic Park totally have more than 150 enterprises. There still have been no relevant logistics supporting enterprises stationed in the park. Shandong Shanghe Economic Development Zone has established logistics park to provide all-around logistics services for Shandong Shanghe Development Zone, Yuhuangmiao Private Economic Park and surrounding area, which has high social and economic benefits.
