II Introduction to the project unit

Ancheng Town proposes to build the East Industrial Park with nearly 10 building materials companies, such as Shanshui Cement, Shanshui Aggregate, Shanshui Ready-mixed Concrete, Chenghua Building Materials, Fuhai Building Materials and so on, into the first new building materials industrial park, and strive to build it into a high-tech and professional park centered on the research and production of new building materials in 3-5 years. The new building materials industrial park will be divided into five functional zones: the industrial zone of new building materials, the industrial zone of special building materials, the R & D zone of new materials, management service zone and modern logistics zone.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project aims to create a new energy-saving building materials science and technology park integrating research and development, manufacturing, processing of new energy-saving building materials and logistics. The new building materials industrial park in our town will be divided into five functional zones: the industrial zone of new building materials, the industrial zone of special building materials, the R & D zone of new materials, management service zone and modern logistics zone.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project is located in west of Fuhai Building Materials, south of Tongji Baihui, and north of Shanshui Road and Guangmao Road. It is 8.5 km from the exit of Jinan-Heze High-speed Road, and links up Beijing-Fuzhou, Jinan-Guangzhou and other national highway network. It only takes 40 minutes to get to Jinan High-Speed Train Station, and it is close to the national highway, conveniently access to Liaocheng, Heze, Tai'an and other prefecture-level cities.
