II Brief introduction to the project undertaker

The company was founded in October 2009, with 9 million Yuan of registered capital. Now the company owns 112 million Yuan of existing assets and its asset-liability ratio is 34%. The company mainly engages in coal processing and selling. Now there are 56 employees in the company.

III Project content and construction scale

To construct major production facilities, such as concentrate warehouse, extraction workshop, major production workshop, high-purity lithium workshop, packaging center, warehouse, and other facilities; to build auxiliary production facilities, such as computing & control center, central power distribution station, and others; to construct public facilities, such as telecommunication system, comprehensive network in the plant, etc.; and to build living facilities, such as office building, dining hall, and other facilities. After the project been put into production, it shall be capable of producing new material for 6000t/a lithium battery.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project began to be built from December 2013. Now the construction of three major workshops (the first-stage project) has been finished. We are now doing the installation work of the major equipment. The project is planned to be put into production from May 2015. In the next three years, we shall begin to launch the second-stage and third-stage projects.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, its sales income in amount of 540 million Yuan will be newly increased each year and the profit in amount of 100 million Yuan can be achieved.
