Shandong Jinbao Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 with registered capital of 322.8 million Yuan. The leading products include electronic copper foil, copper clad laminate sheets, and printed-circuit boards. There are 4 copper foil factories, 5 copper clad laminate factories and 1 printed-circuit board factory. The annual capacity of electronic copper foil, copper clad laminate sheets, and printed-circuit boards is 20,000 tons, 25 million square meters and 300,000 square meters respectively. The output of copper foil accounts for about 10% of the total output in China, and the output of paper-based and combination-based copper clad laminate accounts for about 20% of the total output in China, both ranking the forefront of the industry.

III Project content and scale of the construction

To continue to expand the technology and scale advantages of Jinbao shares in the field of copper foil and copper clad laminate sheets, the company plans the Electronic Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park covering an area of 500 mu, and some relevant projects have been under construction. Meanwhile, the company introduces overseas capital or advanced technology for the production of high-end electronic copper foil, copper clad laminate sheets and related electronic material products. The company can also introduce all kinds of promising products from other industries.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The Electronic Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park of Shandong Jinbao Electronics Co., Ltd. has obtained the land, planning and other relevant permits. The water, electricity and other ancillary facilities required by the park have been completed, and the site fully meets all conditions of the project construction. There are some related product items under construction currently, and the items under construction are expected to go into operation in 2015.

The Electronic Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park of Shandong Jinbao Electronics Co., Ltd. plans to accommodate 15-20 industrial productive projects, and total planning investment is $500 million.
