II Brief introduction to the project undertaker

Weihai Tuozhan Fiber Co., Ltd. is a new and high-tech enterprise specialized in research, development and production of high-performance carbon fiber and its products, with the assets of RMB 1.6 billion Yuan and the staff of over 600 persons. The company has built a series of national and provincial scientific research platform including national engineering laboratory of carbon fiber equipment and industrialization, postdoctoral scientific research station, international technology cooperation base of Ministry of Science and Technology, Shandong Enterprise Key Lab. etc.

III Project content and construction scale

Precursor Fiber and Carbon Fiber Industrial Park of Weihai Lingang District has an investment of RMB 2 billion Yuan, and could annually produce 10,000 tons of precursor fiber and 3,200 tons of carbon fiber after the project is put into production. At present, two product lines with the capacity of hundreds of tons and one product line with the capacity of kilotons have been built, both realizing consistent and stable production. At the same time, one product line with the capacity of hundreds of tons and two product lines with the capacity of kilotons are being built. The company plans to build a carbon fiber industry park with the capacity of megatons before 2018, by which the annual gross sales will exceed RMB 12 billion Yuan, taxes RMB 2.275 billion Yuan and profits RMB 1.79 billion Yuan.
