II Introduction to the project unit

Established in April 2007, Jingang New Materials Co., Ltd. has registered capital of 80 million Yuan, 654 million Yuan in fixed assets and 1,020 employees. In 2013, the main business income was 806 million Yuan, and profits and taxes were 220 million Yuan. In 2013, the asset-liability ratio was 39.4%, and the bank credit rating was AAA. Currently the company has the production capacity of an annual output of 200,000 tons of new high-performance alumina ceramics materials, and it is the largest manufacturing enterprise of special ceramic products of alumina oxide.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project has an annual output of 300,000 tons of high-performance petroleum fracturing ceramic proppant, covers a total area of 266,700 square meters, with a total building area of 160,000 square meters, mainly builds manufacturing workshops, auxiliary workshops, R & D testing center and so on, and purchases 508 pieces (sets) of major production equipment.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project has adequate supply of raw materials and low prices. Project products are mainly used in the exploration of petroleum, natural gas and shale gas. Currently China’s fracturing ceramic proppant mainly depends on imports, and the construction and production of the project can break the monopoly of foreign technology, and has broad market prospect.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project reaches target output, it’s estimated that annual sales revenue in amount of 984 million Yuan, annual profit in amount of 277 million Yuan will be achieved, taxes in amount of 98.57 million Yuan will be paid, and 225 jobs will be offered.
