II Introduction to the project unit

Shandong Yankuang Light Alloy Co., Ltd. attaches to Yankuang Group Corporation. The aluminum industrial profile project of light alloy is an important project of the strategic planning of "expanding to upstream, extending to downstream" of coal, electric power and aluminum industry of Yankuang Group, and largest industrial aluminum profile project in China and even in Asia. The project has an investment of 3 billion Yuan, covers an area of 300,000 square meters, designs the production capacity of 133,000 tons/year of extrusion produccts, and 185,000 tons/year of aluminum alloy billet.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The casting project covers an area of 200 mu, and the deep processing project of aluminum covers an area of 100 mu. The main construction content: casting project introduces international advanced production technology, equipment, and builds the production line of precision aluminum alloy castings with the production capacity of 2 million units/year. The products mainly include engine cylinder block, cylinder head, automobile gearbox housing, clutch housing and intake manifold, etc; aluminum deep processing mainly produces middle and top grade aluminum profile and industrial aluminum used for construction.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The production system of alloy casting is equipped with four production lines of alloy casting, all of which use electromagnetic stirring, bottom ventilation purification, online refining, online degassing, online filtering automatically controlled by PLC and other advanced production technology. It can produce billet and hollow billet with the maximum diameter of Φ820mm.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the casting project is completed, the annual sales revenue in amount of 1.1 billion Yuan, profits and taxes in amount of 300 million Yuan will be achieved; after the completion of the aluminum project, the annual output value in amount of 400 million Yuan, profits and taxes in amount of 70 million Yuan will be realized.
