II Introduction to the project unit

Established in September 2010, Henan Suda Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in research and development, manufacturing and marketing of the core components of pure electric vehicles and vehicles. Suda Electric Vehicle has three core technologies of "pure electric vehicle drive regenerative brake controller", "built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor" and "battery energy management system" as well as independent parts products, has whole aluminum alloy body and the world's leading lightweight vehicle core technology. After suffient test validation, vehicle system integration fully meets the severe laws and regulations as well as road driving requirements.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers the total planned area of 3,500 mu, plans to invest a total of 5 billion Yuan, which is implemented in three phases: the first phase covers an area of 705 mu, complete an annual output of 500,000 sets of three core supporting components of pure electric vehicles and the production base construction of 200,000 Suda pure electric vehicles; the second phase covers an area of 1,500 mu, and builds a world-class vehicle test center of pure electric vehicles. The third phase covers an area of 1295 mu, and completes the construction of full industry chain and logistics distribution base of key parts of new energy vehicles and pure electric vehicles.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After reaching target output, the expected annual output value in amount of 35.6 billion Yuan and profits of 7 billion Yuan will be achieved; after the completion, a batch of affiliated companies may be integrated, and then indirect output value of in amount of more than 80 billion Yuan, profits in amount of more than 15 billion Yuan will be achieved and about 20,000 industrial workers will be received.
