II Introduction to the project unit

Hixih Rubber Industry Group is an international large enterprise leading in rubber industry and also involved in new energy, metal products, bio-engineering, power generation, health care and many other fields. The Group has the production capacity of an annual output of 50 million square meters of high tenacity conveyor belt, 1.2 million sets of totally steel meridian tyre, 10 million sets of top motor tyre and 100,000 tons of all-steel cord. At present, Hixih Group has become the world's largest conveyor belt manufacturer and top tyre manufacturer, and the sales volume of its tyre product is rated in forefront of the country and the global high-end tyres.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers an area of about 713 mu, newly builds glue plant, steel radial tyre plant, raw materials library with a total construction area of 396,050 square meters, purchases 325 units (sets) of twin-screw extrusion tablet machine, warm-up mill, cord slitting machine and other equipment, 230 units (sets) of radial tyre shaper vulcanizer and other equipment, and forms the production capacity of an annual output of  5 million sets of high-performance totally steel meridian tyre.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project site is located in the new construction site, west of the thermal power plant of Hixih Industrial Park, and the EIA report of the project was announced at the beginning of the year.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After reaching target output, the project will increase the sales revenue in amount of 12 billion Yuan, profits and taxes in amount of 500 million Yuan, and 3,000 new jobs, with good economic and social benefits.
