II Introduction to the project unit

Tengzhou Economic Development Zone is a provincial economic development zone approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government in 1992. The development zone is well equipped with infrastructure, and the integrated industrial zone has built a road network pattern of "seven vertical and nine horizontal", realizing "seven connections and one leveling" of roads, water supply, drainage, sewerage, electricity, telecommunications, heating, gas (natural gas) and land leveling in the zone. The industiral zone is well equipped with industries, and pillar industries include machinery manufacturing, metal products, bio-pharmaceutical, food processing, light and textile industry, home decoration, automobile accessories, new energy, electronic information, new materials, energy saving and environmental protection and so on.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers 800 mu of land, and it is implemented in two phases. The first phase covers 300 mu of land, newly builds 120,000 square meters of stamping, welding, general assembly building, integrated R & D center and so on, newly supplies a production line with annual output of 100,000 vehicles, with construction period of 12 months. The second phase covers 500 mu of land, newly builds 200,000 square meters of stamping, welding, general assembly building and a lithium-ion battery production plant, newly supplies a production line with the annual output of 100,000 vehicles and annual output of 1 million units of lithium-ion battery, with the construction period of 12 months.

IV Construction conditions of the project

Tengzhou Economic Development Zone has a radial tire project of wind wheel cars with a total investment of 500 million Yuan, a special electric car project with a total investment of 300 million Yuan, electrically operated tricycle project with a total investment of 700 million Yuan, a lithium-ion battery project with a total investment of $50 million, and the above projects can provide strong support for the introduction of new projects.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into operation, the production scale of the annual output of 200,000 new energy vehicles and 1 million sets of lithium-ion battery will be formed; the annual output value in amount of 12 billion Yuan, profits in amount of 3 billion Yuan and revenues in amount of more than 300 million Yuan will be achieved; 3000-5000 new jobs will be offered; the extension development of power battery, tire manufacturing, metal processing industry of Tengzhou City will be promoted; and automobile and supply industry group will be formed.
