II Introduction to the project unit
The automobile industry is a traditional superior industry of Zichuan District, which started in the 1950s, after decades of development, it has had two vehicle manufacturers of Shandong Tangjun Group and Suntae Automotive, one car modification company of Shandong Tangjun Heavy Industry, and a dozen auto parts manufacturers, such as Leopard springs, Luchuan Auto Parts and so on, initially forming a vehicle and parts manufacturing production system represented by light truck and electric automobile. The automotive industry chain gradually completes, and the localization rate of vehicle production is up to over 40%.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The target market of project products is light project, aims at the production scale of 300,000, plans 100,000 units of engine products for one phase, which primarily support for light trucks and light buses, and the products are engines for vehicles with medium and small cylinder diameter. The project mainly builds engine technology research and development center and information network system, cylinder block and cylinder cover processing, engine assembly, coating and flexible detection production line, quality control, maintenance, logistics and necessary supporting utilities.

Tangjun Group currently has the capacity of an annual output of 200,000 light trucks, and the products can be supported on site.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
It is expected that after the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue in amount of 5 billion Yuan and annual profit in amount of 500 million Yuan will be achieved.
