II  Introduction to the project unit

Founded in 1939, Hewlett-Packard Company mainly focuses on businesses such as production of printers, digital image and video, software, computer and information service and has become one of the biggest technology enterprises in the world. In the field of printing and imaging and that of IT service, HP has taken the leading position. The headquarters of HP is located at Palo Alto, State of California, U.S.A. and has three business groups including the Personal System Group, the Imaging and Printing Group and the Technology Solution Group.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

It mainly comprises four major projects including a software talent training base, a software development testing and IT resource service center, a product demonstration center and an HP industrial base. 3000 to 10000 advanced IT software talents will be trained here each year so that reliable testing services for large software projects can be provided, advantage of gathering of top-level talents and top-level industries can be formed at local place and an IT industrial park can be constructed by investment.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

HP Software (Jining) Talent Industry Investment Co., Ltd. has completed the name appointment. The training base is currently under the procedure of employment of trainers and staff. The four major projects including the software talent training base and the software development testing and IT resource service center have entered into the planning and design stage.

The project will attract upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, relevant software development enterprises and hardware production enterprises. The enterprise sales income in the HP industrial base may exceed 100 billion CNY.
